In addition to Six Months to CAM program content, registration for the program includes the following:
- CAM Application Fee
- CAM Study Guide – 6-month subscription
- CAM Exam Fee
- CAM Exam Retake (contingent on candidates testing before Jan. 31, 2026, deadline)
The registration fee will be reduced accordingly for any candidate that has previously paid any CAM program fees that are still active.
CAM application and CAM exam fees are good for two years from the date of purchase. CAM study guide fees are only good for the subscription window. For more information, email cam@nbaa.org.
NOTE: Six Months to CAM participants will test at the completion of the course. CAM exam must be taken by Jan. 31, 2026, following the conclusion of the program.
Cancellation Policy
The 2025 Six Months to CAM program is intended to prepare candidates for testing through Jan. 31, 2026, however there is flexibility within the program timeline. This program is a customized preparation experience, and participants can skip ahead or stay on schedule. Only the live scheduled webinars will take place at scheduled times, but the recorded webinars can be viewed until expiration of LMS access on Jan. 31, 2026. NBAA understands the last-minute nature of business aviation, and as a result of this flexible timeline, a 10% processing fee will be charged for cancellations. To change to your registration, email your cancellation or substitution request to cam@nbaa.org. Cancellations must be received in writing on or prior to June 27, 2025. There will be no refunds after June 27, 2025.
