Yves Rossy, the first man in the history of aviation to fly with a jet-propelled wing, will inspire attendees and set the tone for an innovative, forward-thinking show at the Day 2 Keynote of NBAA-BACE, taking place Oct. 23. Rossy is the inventor of a series of experimental individual jet packs, which he has flown over the Grand Canyon and the Alps mountain range, “We are delighted to have ‘Jetman’ Yves Rossy speak at NBAA-BACE,” said NBAA President and CEO Ed Bolen. “His talk is sure to thrill and inspire attendees about possibilities for the future of flight.” Read more about Rossy.

NBAA-BACE is the largest business aviation event in the world, and the best place for OEMs, equipment manufacturers and service providers to debut their newest product offerings. New offerings will be highlighted this year in the inaugural New Product Showcase as part of the Innovation Zone. “Hosting this session on the first day of NBAA-BACE will give attendees time to visit with these companies after hearing their presentations,” said Tyler Austin, NBAA’s senior manager, certification.
