Exhibitor-Appointed Contractors (EACs)
NEW! Exhibitor-Appointed Contractors (EACs) Please note our new process for registering EACs and submitting certificates of insurance.
- Exhibitors must log into the Exhibitor Dashboard and select the tile labeled “EAC Registration” to complete the intent to use EAC Form.
- The Exhibitor Appointed Contractor Association (EACA) will then reach out to EACs to request a certificate of insurance.
- All compliance with insurance requirements, request for wristband counts will be reviewed by EACA and approval of submission will be sent to the EAC representative.
Complete stand drawings will be reviewed only after notification of intent to use exhibitor-appointed contractor forms have been completed in the Exhibitor Dashboard.

Log into the into the Exhibitor Dashboard with the exhibitor ID and password provided by the NBAA Exhibits Team to do the following:
- Update you exhibitor directory information and select Buyers Guide categories
- Upload advertising contact and purchase enhanced directory listings
- Register your EACs

Any person who attends an NBAA convention, conference, seminar or other program grants permission to NBAA, its employees and agents (collectively "NBAA") to record his or her visual/audio images, including, but not limited to, photographs, digital images, voices, sound or video recordings, audio clips, or accompanying written descriptions, and, without notifying such person, to use his or her name and such images for any purpose of NBAA, including advertisements for NBAA and its programs.
